Once upon a time in a quiet little town, there lived a loving father, Jose Cabadas, and his four children: Mayra, Norma, Victor, and Araceli Cabadas. Their bond was a tapestry of love and shared memories. As the years went by, his children grew and learned, shaped by their father’s loving guidance.

As the seasons changed, Mr. Jose Cabadas’ health began to deteriorate. He became very ill and, unfortunately, passed away. His daughter Norma, one of the owners, felt a profound emptiness in her heart but also carried the strength and knowledge her father had gifted her throughout the years. She wanted to keep his legacy alive – his wisdom, love, and the ultimate passion he had for “COOKING.” So, she decided to bring alive a dream her father once had of a “RESTAURANT.”

Norma, decided to open “Delicia Ice Cream” in great honor of her beloved father, Jose Cabadas.

As this has been an up-and-down journey, we continue to do our best for our clients, making everyone who walks into our shop feel loved and welcomed. Working alongside Norma is her youngest sister, Araceli, who is our all-time chef, who we appreciate so much. Our family friend, and owner Miranda Ramirez, who has believed in this project since day one and continues to be a great support for Delicias Ice Crean and has supported the business financially since the start date to give our surroundings families a fun and great atmosphere where they can sit with their family and enjoy a fresh natural quality treat.
